We love Bibibop and try to stop in every time we’re close! Everything is fresh and tasty, and the staff is helpful and patient. We're 85, but still love trying new things. Thank you for a healthy option that is so reasonably priced! Your Kenwood location is always clean and appealing. Thank you for that!

I absolutely love BIbibop and for the past 6 weeks I’ve eaten there every day at least once during the week. The food is amazing and with so many options it never gets old and it feels really healthy. I just finished my bowl and I can’t wait until I’m hungry again so I can go back.

I love eating at BIBIBOP, especially as a celiac. wish I could say the same about their app though. The checkout process is awful and error prone. Doesn’t dynamically update an ASAP pickup time. Only encountered this because it couldn’t handle an expired credit card gracefully. After updating the card, still got an error. Something about equal checkout amounts. I’d guess they didn’t properly clean up their session after attempting to process the expired card. Will probably just go through DoorDash in the future.

Love BIBIBOP! We’ve been going to the one in Schaumburg and sometimes downtown Chicago but not as much so love that it’s in Roscoe Village now. They have the best bowls, full of flavor, great toppings and I love the sweet potato noodles. YUM!

Love the food. Most parts of the app are… fine. But the orders screen drives me nuts on a regular basis, enough to drive me to write what I think is only my second or third app review in ~15 years? Why do the orders come back in a random order? Why not sort them by date? Even better, why not divide active/incomplete orders and show them on top? The reason I’m on this screen is to check if an order is ready, and the current UI makes it so frustrating!
