I tried to use the bikes ones, and I fell and hurt myself because the bikes are way to big and heavy for me. When I asked for a refund because I wasn’t able to use the bikes it took the customer support 6 days (I had to ask for an update every single day, and they didn’t even reply every time.) to tell me that I couldn’t get a refund because I had a history of trips. Well duh, I tried to ride it once, that’s how I found out there were way too big for me.

Purchased their annual subscription. The app froze at the time of checkout and couldn’t end the journey upon submitting the bike. Few hours later, they charged me MXN271 and I can’t use my subscription anymore. Upon reaching out the customer service on whatsapp. They kept telling me that it’s outside their policy. However, the fault is from their end as their app stopped working upon check out.. Pathetic customer service and confusing policies.

Recién pagué la anualidad. En mi segundo viaje me cerró la sesión indicando que mi cuenta se ha bloqueado. El WhatsApp de ayuda me dejó de dar soporte. Me han robado mi dinero y me complicaron en tiempos para mis trayectos. ¡Cuidado con eso!

Pagué la suscripción anual, han pasado tres meses y aún no puedo usar el servicio, no me quieren dar una reembolso y la aplicación sigue sin funcionar.

Cuidado! Te hacen multas inexistentes, cheque los viajes realizados y sus multas no corresponden, pedí una aclaración por los cargos a mi tarjeta y después de eso ya no puedo entrar a la app y hacer uso del servicio. Roban tu dinero y dejan de contestar tus mensajes. Deberíamos ir a PROFECO

Desde que la instale intento poner mi número telefónico y me sale la leyenda “ocurrió un error al realizar la conexión con el servidor” no hay opción de ayuda y reporte el problema por WhatsApp para que lo único que me dijeran es “Buenas tardes ,Pasaremos la información a nuestros expertos, en cuanto tengamos una respuesta le informaremos.” Quise usarla para moverle con facilidad y bien gracias.

No me quieren devolver la anualidad que pague, nunca pude utilizar el servicio, ya que no funciona, no te devuelven el dinero, ya estamos demandando varios que pagamos el servicio, si quieres unirte comunícate conmigo porfa no permitamos que esto rateros sigan tel : ‪+52 443 480 1850‬

Te cobran y no puedes usar la app, SIEMPRE falla, te cobran cosas INEXISTENTES. NO CAIGAN!!

Pésimo servicio ya pagué y no puedo ni siquiera entrar a la app , solo dicen que es problema del sistema que cuando ellos lo revuelvan me van avisar el call center deja de contestar pésimo servicio pero Eso si ya cobran
