Big Ass Fans

The control over the fan is really great. Comfort settings and control with motion in room is really wonderful. Easy to fine tune.

Easy to use, intuitive

We have 2 condos, 1 has a Haiku in the living room and a white Haiku L in the guest room. The other townhouse has a Haiku L in a stairwell. Love how much air they move and how quiet they are!! On the rare occasion I’ve called customer service they have been very helpful!!

I’ve had 3 Haiku fans over the years. Two are Model L. For years the fan would intermittently disconnect from my wifi, then would always reconnect on its own. However, it could take many hours. The IR remote always worked. Tech support didn’t have an immediate solution, but did mention it could be a priority issue with DHCP. So I went hunting, and discovered that if I used a fixed IP address on my router, it works 100% of the time. It has now been almost 2 weeks, no issues. If you’re not comfortable changing your router settings, please don’t try this.

It’s 106 outside and this fan makes it bearable. We also found it clears out the smoke really well when you accidentally burn what you’re cooking outside. That happens a lot actually. The fan has been very helpful.

Truly a wonderful app for an incredible product!

We live in Bakersfield, Ca it gets well over 100 degrees here. These fans put out so much more air than any other ceiling fan I’ve ever had PERIOD. Worth every dollar we spent. GaryMassie

We installed a Haiku fan with light kit in our enclosed sunroom. It’s great! Quiet and moves a lot of air. We use Alexa to turn the fan and light on/off (separately). Honestly, we don’t use the app often. When we do it works fine. It’s a pretty basic app.

Our home has hydronic heating and cooling. Our BAF does the perfect job of mixing that air off the floor. Whoosh mode is a cool breeze year round. Worth every penny over any other ceiling fan!
