Big O Taxis

I booked a cab over the phone with this crowd. It was 25 minutes late before I cancelled it. When I phoned to cancel I pointed out that their app had stated I would be waiting 13 minutes for a pick up. The operator told me straight out “that’s a lie. There is no way we can guarantee that” Don’t waste your phone storage by downloading this app.

Was working perfectly until I upgraded to iOS 9. Before that was absolutely fine & I found it to be a good app & user friendly. Unfortunately since iOS 9 it has completely stopped working. The app opens, but you are unable to click any of the tabs, to enter your location or your destination. So currently it is completely useless. I tried removing the app & re-installing it, but still no difference. I've informed some of the Big O drivers so they could relay the message back. Unfortunately, after more than a couple of months, it's still not fixed.

Just does not work with the six plus. Fine with the 5
