Had a great time in Butlins, and found the app useful to know what time the acts were taking place, but it was really unclear what else was open/closed. Eg, Splash is listed on the app map as an available activity, although it didn’t have any opening times, turns it was closed the whole time were were here apart from the Saturday pool party. A lot of the opening times for the restaurants also seemed unclear/out of date too. As an event listing app this was spot on though.

A great music weekend as always. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the chalet and one of the heaters didn’t work. Running out of Guinness was a bit of a disaster for me personally as there was nothing else beer wise for me to drink, can’t stand Sharps. Music was great fun, staff really nice and great value for money, will be back next year. Regards.

Maybe I’m missing something, but the schedules are in alphabetical order instead of chronological - really hard to plan where you want to be when you have to go up and down the lists constantly
