My original review is below. After escalating the issue and finally getting the return picked up, they haven’t issued the refund. I escalated again. Received BB basket credits and after that I goT a call from customer support telling me they are DEACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT. Found several reviews of the same on the internet. BIg basket is a fraudulent company illegally deactivating the accounts of every customer who asks for a return / refund of rotten items they send. Original review: I decided to give a second chance to this company after they sent me rotten fish. Well, to no surprise, now they sent me rotten fruits. They alloted a return pick up ONLY FOR NEXT DAY, more than 24h after delivery. No one came to pick up. It is now 39°C in my kitchen, the fruits started growing mold. The worst company EVER. There is no customer support. I hope you go out of business soon

They sent me rotten fish packed over a month ago, it was not frozen, it was smelling like garbage. All the products were filthy dirty and the frozen vegetables were also unfrozen. When trying to add the fish to my return items I discover they will not allow me to do it. Hazardous to human health and uterly disgusting experience. I am deleting this app and never buying from them again. If you value your health and life, DO NOT order anything from here

Bad app, never works

With the passage of time they are adding new service charges, like processing fee, delivery charges etc. There was a time the delivery was free. It is no more.

Big basket is running a fraud in india, unripe fruits and vegetables, expired food items are being sent. They have no control on delivery mechanism where the instant delivery app delivers order after 6 hours. That is totally unacceptable and when you try to escalate there is no one to answer your query. Help section is a joke and all lazy or untrained people work who dont care about solving the queries instead gives you pre typed one liner response every time you ask. Overall worst customer care award goes to big basket.

As packaging place a crusial role. Work on packing the items with the brand image

Still not over the data breach committed by these folks. How is the company stil existing, why are we letting it exist.

This big basket won’t deliver on time every time the timer keeps on updating insta mart is 100 times better than this

The app is so bad it keeps freezing even on the latest high end iPhone If it wasn’t for their better prices their terrible and design tech would have ended them long back Feels like I am using a 90s website and at that speed When nature basket app is better than you; you know you should be ashamed of your tech
