I’ve had my birthday in my profile for years and have never received the birthday coupon. and when i go to update the birthday portion, it doesn’t let me choose a day in the calendar. it says the dates on the calendar are wrong. very confused how that’s possible

You’re better off just ordering in person. The menu’s “featured” items aren’t up to date, the online order history just doesn’t show up, and trying to cancel or get a refund on an order is next to impossible. I really feel for the workers because this is an issue with whoever “maintains” (and I use that term very loosely) the app.

You have to log in every time you open the app. Even if you have JUST been in it. The app freezes which makes you have to close it out and then guess what happens? You have to log in all over again and enter your order AGAIN. Ordering a breakfast sandwich and it makes me select a bagel type when I’m not ordering a bagel.

It took me 7 minutes to make my order on the app because I kept getting kicked out and the app was so slow. If I would add something to the order it would kick something else out of the cart. And it never keeps me signed in to my rewards so I never earn any. Makes me want to go back to Starbucks.

I’m not getting points for my orders despite there being a card in the app. That’s super annoying. Also, it’s frustrating to have to search for a store every time I want to order. There should be a default and then you can change stores if needed. Having to add payment each time is annoying too. Study the Starbucks app, they’ve had a fantastic app forever.

The app is very glitchy. Sometimes when I’m in the middle of making an order, it just disappears and I have to start over again. It would be nice to be able to tip our barista in the app also, because sometimes I don’t have cash. It would also be nice to be able to get my free reward drink. Instead of having to go to the store sometimes I don’t have time for that. Otherwise, I love the coffee and the people that work at my local Biggby are great!

Workers won’t start your order till you arrive and wait in line. Same as walking in.

Why in the world do I need select my store every time I order? Why isn’t there a favorites list. Why doesn’t my cart save if i decide not order at that exact time. This is not an intuitive app and needs a lot of work. Pretty bad considering where we are technology wise as a whole. Do better.

Totally ridiculous when you can't even sign up for an account to purchase your product. It took me three tries of opening and closing it just to add my last name. Then when I get everything filled out and go to select making an account, it keeps asking me to make sure all the spaces are filled out and the password is blank no matter how many times I fill it in. Forget it. I'll run to the Starbucks down the street.

Roll back app the old version that’s featured in the pictures in the App Store. That one was easier to use and easy to scroll and showed visually what each drink has. Now I don’t want to use the app cause it’s too much clicking.
