Works great for a month or two then app error crashes. Says hope to be fixed in next release. When it works - it’s great and love it…but it has to work.

Every time I try and open the app I get an error for the past few months. Annoying because I really like it when it works but when it doesn’t it’s so frustrating

I’m not exactly sure when the app stopped working for me. But definitely after I bought a new phone and upgraded to iOS 18. Today I deleted the app, did a force restart of the phone (not sure if this was necessary), and reinstalled the app. And it’s now working. Give it a try, hopefully that will work for others.

For about 3 weeks there has been an error message every time I try to access the app. I know other users who aren’t running into this issue so I’m a bit confused as to why I’m constantly running into it. It says it won’t be fixed until the next app update so who knows how long I’ll be without access.

Love this app but it stopped working suddenly and no one is responding to my emails with the log links.

iOS 18 made this app useless. It no longer launches, and crashes immediately as soon as you open it. I tried to contact the developer many times with no luck. I hope they release a fix soon.

Edit: still no response and no app update to fix problems. This is basically abandonware now. Save yourself the trouble. Have submitted error logs and support requests thru the app twice and never get a response from devs/support/anyone. Backup thru iCloud never works, have to manually back up, and as of writing can't even get into it due to a program error that tells me to send logs to the devs (what's the point? They're not going to fix it)

More bugs than a gay bathhouse. The app worked for maybe a month….

I’ve used this for years but it just stopped working. I’ve been sending the error logs but it’s been broken for a few weeks still with no updates

I keep getting an error message. I’ll change this to a 5⭐️ if they ever fix it.
