The other reviews that say this company is unethical and a scam are correct. I had used this app for years. They tell you to hit the icon to get more free space. Over the years I did this and earned over 50 gig. I got a new iPhone and transferred my account to the new phone. One day my account disappeared. I contacted support and said I hadn’t used my account so they wiped it out. This was a lie. I continued to use it and accumulated 70 gig until they wiped out my account. Then they lied and said the account was inactive and to take a walk. There was no notification. They never took responsibility for their mistake or worked to correct their mistake. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they have no ethics! They will screw you!

I have had this app for several years. Recently it has stopped backing up from my iPhone. I have contacted support but getting no help. Would change this to five stars if they can fix this!!!

Zoolz is a scam. they purchase cloud storage from another company and then resell the storage to you. they sold lots of lifetime cloud back up, and then reneged on the lifetime deal, with constant subscription cancellations and pay for upgrade annoyances. like other companies in the past they need to keep selling more in order to pay the other company for the storage. when they stop making enough profit they will just disappear along with all of your back ups just like other companies have done in the past.

Zoolz is a scam. One day I woke up and poof my data was frozen because they are asking for more money on already sold “lifetime” plan. I’m not even able to download my files! Stay away.

The app starts to scan for new photos and videos but nothing.. Stays like that. Last backed up 2 months ago or even more

Hello, everyday I am opening your Apps to gain Free 50 MB as a bonus. Now I have 14.93 GB and try to have my 50 MB free which it gives me 14.98 GB on your App. Then when I return 2 minutes after to your Apps it has bring me back to 14.93 GB. This is not the first time this happens and I have taken pictures before, on and after. Can you tell me if there is a limit of 50 MB free? Thanks

Don’t know what the complaints are about in some of these reviews. The app works perfectly for me, does exactly what it’s supposed to. Maybe the recent bug fix update makes a difference? A really nice complement to the Zoolz Intelligent product.

Settings --> Connect Online Services : Facebook, Box, Dropbox listed, but not my existing Zoolz account. What the...? And I can't login/register for Intelli Zoolz with Zoolz credentials. And as much functionality as Zoolz Viewer = not much at all. Why did I sign up for this? I cant even upload photo roll pics to Zoolz with either app. There's a big hole of nonfunctionality in Zoolz.

Already have an account and the app throws an error when trying to login.
