Ótimo atendimento para dúvidas e muito bom no geral e funcionamento mas seria incremento se tivesse mais pontos mas entendo q depende da prefeitura e da construção de ciclovias.

renovaram meu plano automaticamente sem permissão, em um valor superior ao plano original
Alteração de plano sem aviso
Cuidado para não fecharem um plano de poucos dias e eles renovarem automaticamente para um mês, custando mais que o dobro do que pagou originalmente! Sem notificação.. só chega a cobrança… falta de transparência total
RENOVAÇAO AUTOMATICA DE 1 plano pra outro
