Bike Itaú

Instalei o app para usar uma vez e optei pelo menor plano (que durava uma semana). 5 dias depois fui surpreendido por uma cobrança automática no meu cartão de crédito de uma plano mensal de R$37,90 que me enfiaram sem pedir. Foram horas de espera num atendimento furreca no zap para cancelar o PLANO QUE NÃO CONTRATEI e estornarem a cobrança indevida. Pelo menos o cara do suporte era gente fina.

Just bought a 5-day plan and the app still doesn’t allow to unlock a bike. It keeps asking to buy a plan.

Simplesmente não consigo alterar de jeito nenhum o pagamento no app. Tenho 2 cartões de crédito q uso frequentemente e não consigo editar a forma de pagamento pq sempre dá erro. Não consigo usar o app

Do Flamengo ao Recreio dos Bandeirantes sinto falta de mais bikes elétricas. Eu pago a mensalidade que inclui a elétrica, mas até agora não consegui encontrar uma disponível...

Sempre que tento utilizar o serviço dá erro no pagamento no cartão da Nubank mesmo a própria, avisando que está tudo certo

The service is amazing, but the deliverable is hardly deign of it. I cannot retrieve bikes(, the automatic payment still works though), cannot cancel the plan, and cannot cancel my card. Really not as good as it used to be, unfortunately.

Em teoria, é bom. Mas o aplicativo é absolutamente horrível. E claro também porque estamos no Brasil, nunca poderia pegar ajuda de ninguém para resolver as polêmicas.

This app is treacherous to use. I went through all the hoops until, at the end, it said that no plan could be activated for us today. No further explanation. Also, there is not an option to go back and edit your information if you believe you know what the problem is. There is horrendous user mobility within the app.

This might be the worst application I’ve ever seen released on the App Store. What an absolute pile of garbage. They clearly did not test a single functionality before releasing. When, trying to register as a foreigner, they ask for a one digit verification code. That makes no sense at all. Everyone that worked on this app should be embarrassed and fired. Nothing works.
