Have funded my Wallet till now and my money hasn’t reflected yet Have tried reaching the customer care but none is responding which is giving the app a bad name

The app is good at first but now it’s has turn into scam person will fund his wallet but it’s wouldn’t be reflecting on his account and the customer care are very useless they don’t respond to their customers demands even their numbers are always switched off and they don’t reply back to your msg on WhatsApp too. It’s a total scam

The app is good buh customer care is irritating I di sent money and I won’t see it on the app I’ll make complaints buh or won’t be answered nothing will be done to it I’ve lost a lot of money on the ap

Is really piecing me off I can’t even logging and since 2days I sent money in this bank app but till now I haven’t seen it , you people seems to be scamming because your customer service is not working nonsense 😡😡😡

I will not recommend this stupid data app to anyone out here trying to download it at first it’s good and all but they have ruin everything when they started running with peoples money cause you will send money to the wallet from my bank sometimes it will dropped and I will buy my data but when they want you will never see that money dropped it’s like a very wicked way of cheating your loyal customers, and no the problem is not from my bank cause I usually send feedback to them when this happens but from either wema bank or the stupid guys running this app! Thank you🙂💔
