They hold money for a week
Once the payment has been initiated they hold the payment for 7 days. They offer an instant transfer if you’ll pay 1% of the payment amount. I don’t want to receive payments from this app and will be telling that my vendors.
Won’t stop sending push alert ads
I’ve requested multiple times that Bill.com stop sending push alert ads for their instant invoice financing. There are no preferences to control it in the app or on their website. I’ve reached out to their chat support and after 45 minutes they claim it’s impossible to stop the push alert ads but they will submit a request to add the capability.
Apple explicitly requires companies to only send marketing push alerts with approval from customers, and thus Bill.com is breaking Apple terms as well as causing frustration by being intentionally obtuse and noncompliant. They did at least disabled the spam emails, which requires a support request and is not a preference that can be controlled in their Email Preferences control panel.
Bill.com should be ashamed of themselves for their blatant disregard for the very people their customers are paying through their service. It reflects poorly on their own customers, not just themselves, when they advertise to the vendors being paid without a way to opt out.
App effectively not working
I logged into this app having not used it for a couple of years, since a client wanted to pay me using it. I changed bank accounts between the last time I used it and now, so I deleted the old bank account and have been trying for a couple of days now to add the new one – when I try to do it in the app, it sends me to the website, which makes me login again, and then get stuck on a spinning wheel. This has been happening for days. I effectively can't use this app because any payments sent through it are not going to any bank account. I would really love a person who works for this company to help me, because the AI assistant bot that you have set up is super ineffective and unable to help.

Absolutely awful
Would not recommend. Would not allow me to change what type of account I had, signed me up for an $80 A MONTH subscription that I did NOT sign up for, and the website is hard to navigate. Only signed up to receive a refund for a school exam. Now I’m waiting to get a refund for the $80. Incredibly annoying to use, would not recommend.
Rediculous
So for three days now I have been talking to bill. I am over on days to be paid. Come to find out bill had deactivated my account for some reason. Apparently the account was deactivated in march. But have been receiving funds in account for three months post. So money I’m supposed to receive turns into a paper check that they can not track. Nor mailed and arrived at dates quoted in emails sent to me. I will tell everyone I know to use alternate apps. You cannot call them they only call you. And after three days and two cases I still have no clue where my funds are. And they don’t know either. I had the option of going to my client and asking them to stop the checks so bill can resend the ach or whatever to my bank. It’s absurd. I am not willing to bother clients like that when it’s bills fault for the inconvenience. Now bills are going past due and now I have fees coming from every where. Horrible company!!!
Terrible service
I have been waiting on money that was sent to me from a client. Over 48 hours ago. And on top of that I have a middle person to that can’t even fix the problem. After I get my money I am undoubtedly un downloading this app.
Redesigned app is harder to use
There is no option to save an invoice to send later. I track my line items over the course of a month and I don’t want to send the invoice until it’s ready. But I have to act like I’m sending and then cancel because there’s no longer a “save” option (or if there is and I can’t find it, let me know.)

Horrible excuse for an app
At this time, I can’t believe they released this app. You can’t add new vendors. You can’t change the date of a bill once it’s been created. You can’t mass approve. Avoid using at all costs.
