BILL Spend & Expense (Divvy)

I am a customer of divvy since 6 months they gave me a $100 credit limit. BUT I can’t use it all my transactions gets declined the card has limits to pay but it just can’t go through i call the customer support submitted more than 8 complaints but it still doesn’t work. Hence it is stupid to me wasting time even calling them to complain. They don’t give a solitary F*** about their customer service. And i just wanna save a reader’s time.

This app is easy to navigate, super helpful in keeping track of my mileage. My favorite part is that I can type in an address and it will automatically calculate the mileage and the dollars per trip. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t show every reimbursement request, so if I forget to put in my mileage one day, it doesn’t show all of the days so sometimes I have accidentally put in my mileage two separate times for the same day. Other than that, I love this app and I am very grateful. Thank you and I would recommend it for anyone needing to keep track of their mileage.

I’ve had this card for less than a month and only used it 3 times. I spent only about $300 out of the $2K limit , then I get an email stating my account is closed and they don’t have to give me an explanation why. Can’t talk to anyone on the phone and the help chat said it cannot be overturned and ended the chat on me. Worst experience ever

You will lose money. I have over 600$ Refund i never have back, Since months, i’m about to report them.

I use this app for keeping track of my expenses and spend for the sales and customer service role in the accounting firm for which I work. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to use BILL Spend & Expense. I do in fact recommend BILL S&E to my customers and colleagues every week! I’ve used others like Expensify, Concur, and good ole’ Excel spreadsheets. This blows any of those out of the water and makes the expensing process and budget management much much easier. I don’t get paid to say any of that either :)

The app makes it convenient but the fact that it takes 5-7 business days to receive a reimbursement is ridiculous. There is no reason why with todays technology that it should ever take that long to deposit funds. I would not recommend Bill.com to any organization.

This is the worst card I’ve ever had

We started using this software that seemed to be promising. The Master Card they issue gets rejected more than half the time and the software that came from a company called Divvy is poorly designed. If you forget you password you have to calk their support! It’s straight out of 70’s

I am caught in an endless loop of email verification, 2 step verifications. Cannot log in. Worthless.
