Love being out doing something productive and which may help someone now or in the future. It is a resourceful way to help family trees and visit wonderful areas which we often just pass by. Have travelled over 100 kms to assist someone with a request. Photos will not upload. Ticket sent to developer and tried everything without luck. Have just remove 40 photos to try and load 1 but nil even after I received an email advising app was updated and should work. I’m tech savvy but now frustrated.

I so badly want to like this app, but it crashes every time I try to log in on both phone and iPad.

Uploaded 2 photo’s and the app kept crashing when I tried to do more. If this isn’t going to work for me I may as well give it up. Wish there was an easy way to check the GPS settings of individual photo’s.

Once you enter the Cemetery section you can't get back to the home screen, you have to close the app and start again. I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed through updates

I have tried everything I can think of but still won't work. Only 3 choices come up on app. Records, cemeteries and dashboard. I have re installed. Turned location services on and tried off, neither makes any difference. I have photos to upload that were requested and I can't do it. Please help.

My dream app but so clunky to use. Cannot see how to transcribe whilst I take pic at grave. Cannot find items I have loaded. Cannot select single graves when clumped together on map. Looks and acts like designed in 1990

Anyone else having this problem ?
