Screens keep freezing and they don’t respond when I report it. They don’t care, just want to collect money.

What is going on with this game? It’s lets me use 4 power ups and then I have use green gems. I have almost 2,000 power ups. You’re lucky if you win. You hardly ever get a double win and I haven’t seen a triple win or Mega win what seems to be forever. This game just gets worse and worse.

You can’t even win enough bingos to play. Do not spend money bc the game play actually is worse. Delete and do not waste your time.

I love this game, but I’ve gone from over a 1000 power ups to none in a short time. There’s no way to earn them and I can’t complete the challenges without them. You’ve made it so I have to buy them but I refuse to. 5 dollars for a few power ups that won’t even last one game is ridiculous. It’s gotten to the point that, although I love playing, it’s too frustrating and I’m going to delete it unless you quickly fix this obvious money grab. Then we both lose.

I downloaded this game to get the 100,000 coins it only gave 10,000 coins. And I have to pay for everything. Sorry I’m not rich! This is false advertising.

I always love this game and every time for any reason I will contact support and get my coins reimbursed. The last couple of times when requesting a reimbursement they said the coins will appear in my account shortly. It never happens…they claimed that they did when I never received the coins which are almost 7,000,000. They clam I had 4,000,000 in my account. Of course I did as I earned those coins playing the game. All not spend a dime more on this game.

Why is it that I have over 400 powerups but while playing it will give me 3 or 4 then it wants to charge me gems to be able to use I can see this if you have none but frustrating that you have to use gems in order to use what you already have free 😤😤😤

I started playing Bingo Wild over two years ago. This was honestly the best bingo app that had ever been released and the games were so much fun and you could always win a fair amount and rewards were very generous. However, over the last 5 months, things have gotten really bad. I can play 15-20 games in a row and not win one bingo and rewards for everything have shrunk really bad. If you pay for Elite, you get extra rewards, but the extra rewards now are like one ball or two kites. I used to spend so much money on the game, but I stopped spending 4 months ago when I realized all these changes were because the developers wanted more and more of our money. Also their support is the worst and rudest now. Support will never answer your questions and they’ll just give you a copy and paste response and that’s if they just don’t flat out ignore you first. I’m baffled at how this game has a 4.7 rating because it isn’t true at all. If you are looking for a fun bingo game, this is no longer it. When you first start playing, you’ll win some bingo’s, but as you level up, you’ll soon see that you can not play the game unless you spend money. There are other bingo apps out there that are now better than this one. They are all money pits, but this one is the worst now. It’s really sad to see how bad this game is now, but if you like getting scammed, then you’ll definitely like it.

9-21-2024 All my reviews have been deleted! Why? 9-20-2024. I checked to see if I got a response from yesterday’s review and found out they had deleted my initial review entirely! Do you not want other players knowing the truth? 9-19-2024 I never received a response when I contacted customer support directly. This canned response is virtually a non-answer, just spin control to cover their greed. Looks like it’s not worth contacting customer support at all! 9-15-2024 Please change an aspect of your game back to the way it used to be. When a bingo game is finished, players can choose to use the “paper airplanes” to receive extra daubs. I used to get more bingos fairly regularly when using the extra daubs. The game developers have changed the algorithm since the latest update and now when I try to use the “airplanes” for extra daubs after a bingo game, I get almost virtually NO bingos! I have been playing for over a year, so I know when an algorithm has been changed in the game. It is disheartening when game developers try to rig the games so players win less, especially on “free” games. If this is a ploy to get players to make more purchases, it won’t work! It makes me more determined to never make a purchase. All the developers are accomplishing is making the game much less enjoyable to play! Please remedy this problem, ASAP! Also, regarding the area where you can select the “paper airplanes” to get extra daubs after completion of a bingo game. The button marked “skip” is too small and too close to the area where you can tap to actually select the extra “planes”. This button needs to be bigger and further away from the selection area. Many of your players are older with arthritic hands that shake. The way the page is set up now, a shaky hand makes it easier to select that you want to use extra “planes” for daubs when in fact, you actually want to skip this choice. Please fix this immediately and take into consideration that you have players of all ages playing your games. This is almost like built-in discrimination against the elderly!
