Why can’t I register??? It keeps saying letters and numbers must be contained in the username even after I added numbers to the the username 🤨🤨🤨

I converted an airtime of 2,000 naira to cash since yesterday night up till now I haven’t been credited cash what’s going on?

I don’t know was wrong since yesterday I send funds to my account didn’t get credited till now over 10hr now they are not replying to my text

I made a deposit of airtime of 2500 and it hasn’t arrived

I did all i was required to do I followed all the steps and sent airtime to the number which i was supposed to and was my account wasn’t credited

Though it was indicated that withdrawals usually takes within 1hour but that's too much..And Yes if you can be patient then Bingpay is the best call
