Is it possible that we could have an option in the game where we could help a person instead of trying to kill them. Considering whats happening in the world at the moment it would provide a more positive feel to the game

Maybe I’m just bad but I think the game is a bit too hard, I’m playing on severe mode too make sure I can get the cheats but can’t you make it like how it is on the computer? Like how the victim has a health bar instead of having to make every system fail.

I’m a student studying medical science and surgery and I’m in my 4th yr at University of Cambridge. This game is extremely educational and all symptoms and everything is true! I highly recommend this game! Thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍

Everything about this game is unrealistic. After a few scenarios the game becomes repetitive. I didn't know a patient can take up a precondition like heavy smoking while on his death bed. That stuff should be locked in at the start of the game. Shows poor design and lack of realism
