Reading through the other reviews I’m concerned I paid for something that’s not going to work, and my first experience with the app proves just this. I can’t even register my email as the registration button isn’t even triggering a link to be sent to me to do so. Not a good sign considering this is step 1 and even this isn’t working.

App is totally non intuitive and unhelpful.

The app is well designed and looks great aesthetically. The app doesn’t work, I can’t access any of my information and results. Whenever I click on it, the app shuts down automatically. Better app development needs to be done, if you’re going to market a product focused around the app.

The app seems fairly well built for the most part. I'm still waiting for my test results but every time I open the app it wants me to login. Why can the development team not just integrate the iOS biometrics so I can just open the app and it logs me in that way. The constantly having to put my email address in and use the magic link gets annoying.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever had to use. Pathetic. Why can’t they develop a proper app that actually works and that is user friendly.

I was very impressed in the beginning as I paid for the full package, the app gave everything in a lot of detail. It shared how more people do tests that it will be able to share more info. I thought this was fantastic, especially on the ancestry side and when it comes to health. However since, I’ve been battling to open the app and managed to get back in today after it told me the user doesn’t exist. Whenever I try to open the ancestry section on the app the app just closes on me. One would think that for the amount of money you pay that it will be worth it.

It’s been a great experience using this. I couldn’t believe the results! I waited about six weeks for my results and the results were great! Customer service and their development team helped me out when I couldn’t get in! Thank you!!

Recently, when I try to look at the results, all I see is my name on an otherwise blank screen. I’m using an IPhone 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, yes. No difference. On my other phone, the app is frozen on the teal BioCertica opening screen. I wish the developers would spend a bit more money on app development. Or, at least have a mirror online platform so that we can look at results using a browser.

Great update to the app. Results are now shown more beautifully and is easy to access. Loading time is quick and in-app purchasing is super easy.
