Beschreibung

Biology Study App is designed for the OCR Biology AS / Y1 specification for Units 1 & 2. Created for independent study, revision and as a classroom resource for AS students. Also valuable to support A2 revision of basic concepts and first year undergraduate programmes.
The material can be covered using a choice of 4 modes:
* ‘Play all’ mode for each unit to consolidate as the course progresses,
* ‘Personalised’ mode monitors your responses in all modes and only presents you with questions you have yet to give the correct answers to.
* ‘Quiz’, to practice recall under time pressure and
* ‘Glory Run’, mode for a gaming approach to revision.
Progress can be tracked as the course progresses and students can identify their areas for development.

Rubbish

There are only about 15 questions per topic. There are no information sheets for any of the topics. This app provides very little content, and definitely not enough sufficient information for revision. Not worth any money at all

It's great!

I love it. It's following my a-level perfectly. I wish there were more!

great features

The personalise feature works through all of the questions and takes away all the ones you get right leaving you to learn the ones you really need to. It takes a while to go over everything but works really well.

Could improve

It is useful practice away from books. But some functions do not work - specifically the personalised part - that is the only irritating part. What would improve it is if there were explanations after each question answered wrong. And also an how to well in exams section.
