I used a different popular mood tracker before, but could not adapt it enough to figure out connections between for example my period, light therapy and meditation and my mood swings, which I am really excited to observe in more detail. This app gives me an easy to understand overview about the aspects I am interested in. I appreciate a lot that it helps you qualify your moods in a kind of spectrum between the two extremes, as I often have difficulties to pinpoint the one, prevailing mood of the day. Smart tool, also interesting if you want to share your insights with a healthcare professional! Regards from Switzerland 🙂
This app help me a lot to recognise when I’m going up or down. It’s also nice to have a memory of the past cycles and to customise the symptoms I like to check.
Simple UI and Im really glad I got it. Before this app I felt like I couldn’t really find commonalities in my symptoms. Now I can track them and actually see.
You get to the specifics and help keep up with the details knowing there’s only a 24 hour period to predict or avert hypomanic episode and may be 17, 1819 days to redirect so not derailed by depression so appreciate your help and do that keep up the good work.

This app is not worth paying absolutely anything for. The moods are way too basic. It only gives you a choice between happiness and depression or variations on the spectrum of the two. But with bipolar, there are so many different moods and symptoms. For example, today I feel very energetic and a little bit irritated but I don’t feel any bursts of happiness. I am sleepless but my high energy level does not mean I’m super happy, and it doesn’t mean I feel bad either but it’s still a sign that I could be heading towards a hypomanic state. There definitely needs to be a variety of symptoms that are rated as opposed to only a general mood, because the whole point of bipolar is that you don’t realize if you’re starting to get hypo manic or manic or not. Isn’t that the point of this app to track your symptoms and get a better idea? The app does ask you if you took your meds or not but it should ask you if you took your meds on schedule. Because it’s hard to tell on your own if they’re a big changes when you don’t take your meds on time and that’s some thing I think many of us would like to track. The last thing about this app that makes it worth absolutely nothing is the fact that you can’t track how many hour you slept. I can say that I have a sleep disturbance, but it still matters exactly how many hours. I could write that in the notes section but I would like a chart to grasp that as well. I’ll be deleting the app and seeing if I can find a better one.

This is THE BEST app I’ve found for tracking my mood. It’s 100% customizable and I love the ability to name my own moods and attributes. The ability to write whatever I want about the day is also incredibly helpful. And to top it all off, the charts it creates are amazing! Different types and all are visually appealing and easy to understand. I was stunned when I learned you can print these out as well, to bring to the doctor or or therapist or show family when you need support. It’s AMAZING! 10/10 Highly recommend.
