Started using this in 2016 - best App to keep track of all your reviews and be able to respond to all Reviews in ONE dashboard!
Excellent Customer Svc and Finally Getting Reviews
This company is too notch. They have everything in your customer portal so there is NO doubt what they are doing for us. We get to pick what features we want to use and only pay for those. Price is very reasonable. And for the first time in 15 years we are getting reviews posted on Google. Excellent company to work with. We have been using bird eye for 2.5 years now and love them!!
Buyer beware of scammers
They hire a bunch of foreigner to do customer service which will never let you cancel your membership. These people are gangster at keeping your money. Avoid at all cost.

We love using Birdeye for our Reputation Management. The software is easy to use and the support team is so great to work with.
Birdeye is a horrible company
Birdeye is a horrible company. They have very poor customer service. When you sign up for an account - they make it impossible to cancel. They do not send auto-renewal reminders and will threaten legal action if you try and cancel. Stay away
Beware of this company!
Stay away from this company. They will make you so many promises. When they first set you up then you will receive meeting after meeting months after months of paying the same fee and nothing has changed. It has not helped my company at all. They claim they will bring in more reviews. They will place you higher on Google. None of that has happened they told me all my listings would have the same address and phone number and still after months the different sites have different phone numbers or addresses they claim to be the best, but under perform in so many ways do not waste your money with this company. This company is a scam.
