Forgot password doesn’t work, it locks me me after TWO sign in attempts, and sign up doesn’t work, yet it won’t let you book without signing in

Very convenient for booking appointments, the only annoying thing is that every time I try to check in when I’m parked right next to the building, the app says I’m not in the proper vicinity to check in.

One you get a cut at a particular location, there is no way to select a different location for another cut. Even if you log out, it picks the location for you. Super frustrating.

This new app is silky smooth and actually has contactless auto pay. Definitely a nice upgrade and it actually syncs your account online with their booking system unlike before. Thanks Birds!
