For over a quarter-century, BirdWatching has been North America's premier magazine about wild birds and birding. Regardless of whether you watch birds in your backyard or far afield, you'll find information that will increase your enjoyment, help you connect with other birders, and make you a better birdwatcher.
Each issue contains beautifully illustrated feature articles that describe how to attract, find, identify, and enjoy birds, plus the following:
Superb photographs of birds:
* Page after page of big, colorful photos of birds taken by talented professional photographers
* Six pages of reader-submitted photographs, including the winner of our regular Photo of the Week contest
* A regular gallery of photos of recent rare-bird sightings
ID tips from the best in the business:
* Kenn Kaufman, creator of the respected Kaufman field guides
* David Sibley, author of the bestselling Sibley Guide to Birds
Entertaining, informative columns:
* Julie Craves answers readers' questions about birds
* Pete Dunne writes about birds, birders, and birdwatching
* Laura Erickson gives practical tips for attracting birds
* Eldon Greij explains how birds can do the amazing things they do

This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal, as stated above, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Users can register for/ login to an account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store
Help and frequently asked questions can be accessed via the Options menu in-app or via the App Support link.

Does not work
This app was recently changed, and I lost all of my back issues.
Great magazine. Great app
Really good magazine. I learn A lot from every issue. Beautiful pictures, lots of hints on how to find birds what to look for as a beginner. This is really help me to learn more. The app is really good as well. You can cut pieces out and take photos and it's got lots of links to go look at other things on the Internet besides just what's in the magazine itself very useful
