Game not opening
Game doesnt launch, black screen. Only works if i redownload
Wont load after playing once
New player here! Played this game for 10 minutes. After this i had to eat, so i closed the game. After this I couldn’t open the game anymore. The only solution is to delete the game and reinstall it. Every. Single. Time. The same thing happens. Cant find a solution for this. WiFi is great, phone has the latest update and so does the game. Says enough about the developers, i guess. Great first impression of this game! Support is nowhere, only reacts when there’s money involved. Just another “company” that does “everything” for their game!

I’ve been playing for a while now my character is 175 but 4 star since recently i have to redownload bit heroes everytime, after 1 time playing i get black screen and it won’t load anymore. After redownload it does again for once. Please fix :)

I try to login into my old account, but when i click login i go to a blank page and doesnt do anything.... fixxes??
Love it but..
I really like the game and spent hours into it and got really far. But that was on my tablet which doesnt work anymore and i have no clue how to get that account back. And i really dont want to grind back.
