Contract pricing and profits
Please I had an issue with a contract I purchased and what I gained at the end of it. I contacted the support team and they told me they can’t guarantee me of getting my initial investment back depending on the hash rate I purchase. I bought the contract hoping to get my initial investment back together with a profit regardless of how difficult the mining process is. Therefore you guys are to pricing your contracts based on your profit calculation methods you use as well as depending on the volatility of bitcoin so that we at least get our initial investment back depending. I can’t purchase a contract and gain nothing from it as well as losing my capital back at the end of it.
