Bites Shop - Online Grocery

Even though you pick a delivery time slot, expect the delivery to be late. For RM8 delivery, this service is unacceptable. You’re better off getting into your car and driving there or use the Grab app and order from Jaya Grocer.

Im shopping on the app but items placed in the cart keep on missing. Fix the bug!

Using this app makes me angry. You need a lot of patience and have to be prepared that it is someday working - some days not. What the heck ?!? Basically nothing is working… errors, not loading pages or the it does not open at all. It’s a nightmare buying groceries online with this app !

I like shopping at VG in person. At times when I am unable to go out I choose to buy online the app is horrible. It doesn’t load, the page refreshes by itself and you loose your product, when you go to pay it hangs and said some products are gone and you need to start all over again and key in one by one back into your shopping cart. By the time you get done online you could have driven out and grab the stuff by yourself.

I can’t see my cart. Always had to go thru website. And I can’t get points using bites shop? I’d rather use bites card apps then

The app not stable. Will auto blackout and turn off. Please fix it. Thanks.

App keeps crashing and I cannot choose a different store only village grocer!

Hello, Thanks for the great app I hope you will fix the crashing problem whenever loading any pictures, on iOS 16. And I hope there's an option to sort from low to high
