I enabled the easy funding option, transferred 2500aed (700$) and the money disappeared. My bank confirms that they reached BitOasis account, BitOasis invents excuses and does not credit the funds. I’ll have to open a court case.

Frequent log out and login related issues always. Customer care is not at all responsible to reply for email. Other than email no way to communicate. Chat not at at all useful. So choose other platform.

Lately the app is very bad, even few basic features don’t work

Application is super poor , keeps crashing whenever there is fluctuations in the crypto market, call and sms OTP and verification system is down all the year, me personally unable to log in to my account for more than a month now and no any help or solution or whatsoever provided by the 24/7 customer service team which is obviously a “big lie” They never reply to the what’s app queries and if they did they send an auto reply that they are working only from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm so how come it’s 24/7 I don’t recommend this app at all , there is a difference of minimum 100 $ in the BTC price among the other platforms

The app very organized, unlike the website, however it laggs alot making you lose good opportunities !
