RadCam: Digital Camera

I work in an SME with about 15 people and we looked for an affordable CRM. We’ve tried Infusionsoft. The Bitrix24 support staff really do not care about you, marginally rude if I may say. The platform is powerful and cheap for what it does. But lacks basic features. For instance, it’s impossible to search for a contact whom you have not contacted for X period. The CRM is also slightly sluggish to use and a dated interface. I can’t recommend this product. But I reckon it might still be suitable for some businesses.

The pros is only for starter who has less than 25 users in the Organization. Using the standard version or professional isn’t worth at all, there is still limited feature and support assistance given. Totally a rip-off monthly subscription, I rather you go with other services like Monday.

Bitrix on the iphone is a very useful and well delivered application. It compliments the Internet portal well.

Bitrix24 has lots of features that I could possibly need for helping me communicate and project manage my business. 👍👍👍

It's a very good app for planning companies events

Не приходят напоминания в на айфоне. В настройках ставлю переключатели чтобы уведомления приходили. Перезапускаю приложение и все настройки слетают, соответственно уведомления выключаются.

Было бы великолепно, если вы добавите определитель номера по аналогии с приложением от Salesforce. Т.е. чтобы определялся контакт из CRM. А так не плохо. Были ранее проблемы с push-уведомлениями, сейчас не знаю не пользуюсь, надеюсь всё корректно теперь работает.
