joined with my friends link to get a bonus as my friend said for 30€ and i also added 5€ after to test if they’re okay so i can order a card and keep using nuri for buying ether and stuff. everything in their system has delays so i sent a ticket asked about why i didn’t get my bonus yet. 2 days after i got my bonus without any respond so i thought they got my ticket and everything is fine. after a couple of weeks they emailed me replying that ticket i mentioned above telling me i have been using this account for just referring friends and commercial stuff and violated their laws and now i’m blocked from any new bonus! all i did was opening my acc with my friends link and referring just one of my close friends dedicated to all of their laws. they accused me for nothing, this is how they respect their users if you don’t want to pay people some bonus, it is okay. don’t provide any so you won’t be forced to accuse and disrespect people after in order to not pay them anything:) the 5€ i added for testing this app is now removed so good that i didn’t trust you and didn’t put more money at first as i already told them i don’t want their bonus, they can keep it to themselves just giving 5 stars so people can read this review

Nuri is a Wonderfull banking app

They fail to distinguish between citizenship and country of residency. How come someone so grossly incompetent attempts banking business is beyond me.

Wasted my time when trying to open the account. I tried to open the account with their app, and when I reached the step when I have to do a video call for id confirmation, the app said they were putting me in a queue and would notify me when an expert would be available. They didn’t notify me ever. I retried several times with the same result. Meanwhile they were sending me email reminders and a « final reminder ». I contacted their tech support about it and got no answer.
