Since a few weeks i cant get in my vault via this app. Same message ‘there had occured an error’ every day. Please fix your app!

Autofill doesn’t work anymore.

Coming from 1Password I’m missing the sleak user interface. Also I’m missing the feature to see on which devices I logged in and to log-out remotely per device.

Horrible app design. I can't login properly.

Totally broken in ios18, cannot access vault.

I loved this app, I’m also paying the $10 every year to support the developers from which I received extra perks such as the TOTP Authenticator and now I discovered that the Authenticator can be downloaded for free as a separate app WHICH INCREASE THE OVERALL SECURITY! That’s a nonsense, obviously the subscription will end at the natural expiration with no renewal, file attachments, emergency access and useless never used reports are no longer a justification to support the app. From the stars to the floor is a second when marketing is not done properly.

I used to like this app, and pay. Not anymore. Suddenly logged out one or two times a month. Support is really bad

Despite being able to login in the app with my account, when I’m loggedin the vault is empty. Please fix this

Despite the recent update: still not possible to log in in the app on the iPhone.

No method to give feedback, but here. It broke. Nothing more to say. Moving will be a pain but is necessary. 1 star, sorry, it was good while it worked but the trouble of moving warrants the 1 star.
