This may be the best jiu jitsu instructional I have ever purchased. The extent of knowledge that Professor Dean demonstrates in this app is unmatched. This app is great all by itself but is indispensable when used in conjunction with Professor Deans previous library. I have been struggling with a plateau for the past few months and this app has given me new insight and new pathways to focus on to help broaden my game. I would recommend this app to anyone who wishes to turn their jiu jitsu "hobby" into an art-form.
