So first let me say this is not my first Stephan Kesting Product. But here I was hunting around my house for one of my favorite SK DVD’s when I remembered that I lent it out to someone and I think they moved away😖 Oh no, now I’ll have get a replacement, then I saw that the one I’m missing is on an app now perfect! No fuss, no muss...so I download it and now I can access it anywhere anytime. Which is awesome for when you are learning a technique and you want to check why it’s not working in real time!!! Super convenient for reviewing on the bus or coffee breaks! If you already follow Stephan you know why his products are such a valuable resource, if you’re new to BJJ or just new to Stephan here is a very affordable way to up your game! Now if you’ll excuse me I’m gonna watch so X guard material🤓
