No real customer support. Major issues with the site with people not being able to withdraw funds.

Hi,I bought some coins 2 weeks ago and after my coins value skyrocketed they suspend everything so my coins are useless now. They dont let me move my coins to another wallet either,I can’t exchange ,I can’t withdraw.I’ve been scammed.This kind of apps that steals money from people should be banned completely. :(

Your assets value is CNY, it dosent have any option to for USD . How do I know the value of my assets ???? How can you omit such an important info . This is a big problem for international users . Fix this , I will leave a 3 star rating, Till you fix this
