It is fake
This app is fake, you can't make any cal from that app to phone in your country or another one however there is ringing on the phone of the person you're calling but when he pick it up he can't hear anything from him. I will make a feedback to apple when I get the email of the transaction process and get my money back. Please don't buy this app!!!
