Camera and lifeskills
I played a lot of BDO on PC and the mobile version has done almost everything pretty well, EXCEPT:
CAMERA: who decided that it will be a good idea to give BDM an almost top down view??? What happened to the gorgeous 3rd person view where we can truly enjoy the beautiful graphics, even when you rotate the camera, u can literally only see 2 metres away from you. Comparing this to a similar game: V4, which has just straight up better camera setup. Not impressed by the camera...
Lifeskills: all of the lifeskills in BDO are completely gone, I simply don’t understand why. life skills in BDO felt very mobile friendly, it revolves around AFK and doing very relaxing activities but also provide a great source for silver, it’s depth makes it very rewarding and satisfying! Why wasn’t it integrated into the mobile ver??? The lifeskill mechanics felt like they were designed for mobile (the fact that you have to leave your PC on so your workers can work) which would have been perfect, as now you don’t have to leave your pc on!
I understand that lifeskills implementation will probably forever remain in my dreams, but please at least fix the camera...
Love this game but have some feedback
I absolutely love this game, the style is beautiful and amazing, so are the graphics. I do get annoyed how there is a set story. Wish it was a little more casual and you could choose your own quests that you wanted to do.
Auto path but not combat?
Guess the devs cracked their heads on something here. They give us auto paths to quests via a handy button great. Now where’s that auto fight for this game??
Game probably be 3-4/5 with that added until then trying to fight on my phone just isn’t worth the hassle
Needs a few updates (Best Game Out)
- more vision, more zoom
- full compatibility with Xbox one s controller
But other than these things, bar a few other things it’s a great game overall... best on mobile right now!! MMORPG wise!! Thank you for your time everyone!!

After playing for over 1 month BDM Is too good to be true...Easily playable as F2P and It has so many amazing features to keep you busy for hours. If Pearl Abyss Corp prove themselves worthy throughout 2020 then I’ll switch to a perfect rating by the end of the year.

Not true as per advertised
I’ll be honest, I never thought I’d get into a mobile MMO...
...but this is fantastic. Lots to do, looks outstanding, plenty of convenience features, great touch controls, and it doesn’t feel like they want to use customers like ATMs. Better than Black Desert on PC or console IMO.
I eventually stopped playing as there’s like 3,000 currencies you need to manage - e.g. not just wood to gather but four types. Stamina to limit daily actions. Food for workers. Different sized buildings to constrain your horse or worker numbers. Etc. The currencies are a progression blocker which feels a bit old school - you’ll either dig it or bounce off.
