It is very lag, every time i scroll down it would lag. Pls fix

Is anyone going to fix this app? It doesn’t refresh and loads very slowly.

this app is really hard to use and i don’t know why they ditch the good enterprise app is way better than this looks and configuration is so appealing this app need to open alot of apps and you can’t see a message every box must update good enterprise one update just like fb them you see everything not a hustle why blackberry is trying to be weird and different good apps shutong down son weird and hard apps can be use? but why?? why dont you like convenient apps people to use?? because easy to use and you dont want people to do that?

If you have folders in your inbox, it won't automatically update. You'll need to manually refresh each folders to be able to see new emails. It's time consuming plus your at risk of missing important emails. Hopefully they get it fixed.

Despite the upgrade that was released a few minutes ago, the app is still not working. The "fatal error" message is no longer popping up but the app closes a few seconds after putting the password in. Please hurry up with a permanent fix to this issue.

CONSTANT issues. And whenever there’s an issue the only fix is to delete and redownload the app, which involves calling my company help desk and getting a super long login keys and then resetting all the preferences in the app (like why ON EARTH are the fonts different on mobile???) I hate this app so so so so so so much.

Not a very well thought out app. The widget for Apple shows only 2 or 3 when there is tons of room to show more. Instead they give you blank space. Tasks are a separate app. This app gives you the bare minimum functionality.

The app has not synched since last 2 months. I don’t know whether I should uninstall it since I am losing mobility with this app. Very bad support.

Once a week it freezes on “connecting” when trying to load mail. Nothing works to fix it except deleting and re-downloading the app. Each time I do that I need to call my company’s help support desk to get a new verification code to log in (17 characters), and then I need to re-enter my font and signature settings. Takes about 20 at least each time. Insanely frustrating, particularly when it happens when I’m out and about at random hours and need to stay connected to work email. I hate this app so so so much.
