The developers of this app needs to improve their knowledge in user experience.
Excellent
Very week made app. Easy to use, localization works fine and credit card is manage in a safe way. Reservation process is smooth but would like to be able to modify the reservation and not only to cancel it once is booked. A very good app overall, and a very good service.
DO NOT RECOMEND!!!
I have got charged 2 times for a cancelled ride!!

Soferi frustrati care transporta oamenii ca pe sacii de cartofi! Rusineee nesimtitilor!!!! Vreti doar banii! Pacat de cei cativa soferi care sunt ok, marea majoritate miste frustrati notorii! Cei care detin compania ar trebui sa fie mai atenti la angajati si la vechiturile tracasite si murdare pe care le conduc! Rusineeeee!!!!

Gratie ultimelor experiente am inceput sa folosesc Uber mai des. Aceleasi servicii la juma de pret. Nu pot sa spun ca-i recomand.

O mizerie de aplicatie si concept
Este o mizerie de aplicatie cu soferi foarte slabi, dupa ce ca iti ia banii si inainte sa iti gaseasca sofer mai dai si de cate unu care uita ca si-a pornit aplicatia. Am astepta dupa un sofer d’aata “profesionist” sa plece de pe loc vreo 15 minute, cursa era de 100 si cv de lei. Efectiv o mizerie de aplicatie.
