Blacklane - Chauffeur Service

Leaving a foreign country, we got a call AFTER our pick up time that he could not drive us to the airport. We had to scramble and barley made our flight.

Same car, same driver, same service, same trip, half the price with Uber or Lyft

Completely unreliable. They don’t send the type of car you book and the driver spoke virtually no English. Spoke to someone at the company and they were SO RUDE and refused to refund me for their mistake when they did not send the type of car I ordered. Awful company!!!

This is the best app for a car service. We use it when in the USA and travel abroad. On time, no ride cancels like other apps, early AM.

BlackLane is the only car service that I use when needing a ride to my destination. I have used them multiple occasions for the past few years.

The same driver, Glayber Silva picked us up at GIG airport and took us to our hotel. And he also picked us up at our hotel to return us to the airport at GIG. What a great driver! Full of history in Brazil, great knowledge, great driver, kept us safe and gave us info to be safe while in Brazil! We so much appreciate him and thank him for everything!
