buses without using a bus schedule.

App is simply broken and can’t even open anymore
Good, when it works
The app is genuinely really helpful when I’m able to access it, the consistent updates on the bus locations are great. The problem arises when I can’t even open the app!! Every time I open it up, it immediately exits!! The developers need to fix this problem as soon as possible

Having to open and close this app dozens of times just for the buses to show up like I’m at a slot machine Update: the app just crashes now when you try to open it 😍😍😍

it’s finals week and google maps is malfunctioning so i resorted to this app, which will now immediately crash and close as soon as i open it. please fix it

Don’t even bother
There are better apps elsewhere that show you transit maps. I don’t understand how a town with millions on millions of dollars of funding has had an unupdated unfinished app for this many years. You guys do know there’s an engineering school (IN TOWN!!) with students willing to fix this right? It’s insane. It never works and it’s been like this since my freshman year three years ago. So don’t even bother.
Hardly works
Horrible user interface, and you’re lucky if you can even see the busses on the “live map”. 9 times out of 10 the map appears empty so you’re stuck just guessing when the next bus will come
Constantly breaking
Please update this app, needs a complete overhaul. Constantly breaking, can't see buses or routes get combined. Communicates a disrespect towards transit users.
Inconsistent
Half the time its fine but the other half is miserable. Locations on the map and route times are simply not correct so often. They tell you to use the app because its “more accurate” than anything else but you should just stick with google maps 🤷♂️
