Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Can't connect to old wifi cam anymore
Now I can't connect any more. PLEASE fix this problem ASAP 🙏

After upgrade this app is close to useless. Please do a rollback and redo
Unusable..
Latest update destroyed the product!!
Completely broken
The latest updates have left me unable to connect to my Wi-Fi-only camera with a pointless “please check your connection” message, making it utterly useless, as I can’t access the recordings. Never again will I buy a Pittasoft product.
Very very bad app
Very very bad app
What the h—- happended?
The old app and design was far from perfect. All I need is to be connected to my dashcam(s) at all time with ease and a userfriendly interface. Now I have to login everytime I open the app, and the “Explore” tap is the absolute worst. Every time I press the “Camera” tap, I’m presented with a subscription offer. Event map, what the h— is even that… I don’t hope anyone can tap into my cameras. Please roll back to the old and simpler design and quit it with the paid subscriptions! I’ve already paid enough for premium LTE dashcams. Had I known this update would happen, I wiuld never have considered a BlackVue dashcam.
NO reason for account!
There is NO reason for suddenly requiring an account!!! I paid for this product and am using it for local use only so why am I suddenly FORCED to register an account?!? I will now STOP recommending BlackVue and will actively warn against buying your products
Cloud doesn’t work
After update the cloud service doesn’t work I’ve even tried to reinstall the app no response
