BlankPage - stay focused

I can’t understand why this has such positive reviews. Whenever I attempt to set a time using the schedule feature, I try to move the dial to the time I’d like, and I’m immediately sent to the LG website trying to sell me a monitor. I tried closing the app, reinstalling the app… it just continuously forwards me to the LG website and I have no control over setting the time. The reviews are great so I assumed the app would help me out. That’s not the case. I’m wondering if this is the case of releasing something that functioned as intended at one point, garnering great reviews, then pulling the rug out from people for profit. It’s a no from me, because it literally doesn’t function as intended. 1/5 stars.

Tried several websites. It blocked none of them. Restarted the app. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned the extension off and back on. Nothing works. The app is bricked and useless.

I use this to prevent me from being distracted. It would be perfect if it also had keyword blocking.

I had a problem with a website. It had explicit content and that needed to stop. I had tried to just not go to it but the temptation got to me. I am not proud of it but atleast it has come to a halt. This app has and will change my life. Thank you, divinefoal

Has lots of potential as a simple way to block sites for free — but it doesn’t work well and has to constantly be turned off and back on for it to even work.

Trying to block a website it did not work

Simple interface. Doesn’t always work. I have not touched the settings since I installed it but about half the time the blocked url will open anyway. Nice when it works.

I love this app’s simplicity and it is the only one like it (that I can find) which can block certain websites on my phone for free. It even lets me put passwords on my settings, which is really great. However, rather than blocking websites only at the times I set, it blocks them all the time. This means that I have to keep turning the settings off and on because I do need to access the sites sometimes. Unfortunately, this does not help anything, since I can simply turn the settings off and on any time and am very used to it. The issue is that I downloaded the app to help me where I don’t have the self control I need, but because I have to mess with the settings on a regular basis, I am very accustomed to changing them and therefore, it is very easy just to turn them off and continue on. It really hasn’t helped with the issue at all and is kind of just useless.

You can block key words too not only websites. I haven’t gotten a single add on the app too and it works very well.
