Hace un tiempo no jugaba porque me quede sin celular, ahora pude volver a instalarlo y no puedo iniciar sesion con mi cuenta de facebook osea que perdi todo el increíble progreso que tenia. Hay alguna forma de solucionarlo?. Al finalizar la tercera misión, el juego se cierra y no me deja continuar donde estaba y me obliga (prácticamente) a crear otra cuenta, pero tengo que empezar de cero. El único problema que pude visibilizar Gracias

Getting a one star because I’ve spent nearly a thousand dollars and it is a fun game to play but be careful when spending money!! I am a p2p player and bought a $99 luxury pack. For some reason the system charged my Apple account and credit card the purchase, provided the transaction ID but the game DID NOT give me the luxury pack! This was on 10-9-24. I wrote support and told them of the issue and they wrote me back and said that it shows that the transaction shows that it was not successful even though I sent them a screenshot of the RECEIPT!! Now, because the game has time limited events and the pack I bought changes I have missed out on a big opportunity and they haven’t resolved the issue as of yet! I don’t normally write reviews on games but for the money I spend on this game, this was well warranted because a receipt showing purchase with the transaction ID they requested on their recharge issues banner should have been enough and they will likely do nothing to compensate me for the loss is the worse part so be careful when buying packs!

Complete and utter trash of a game… just shut it down already. The only reason you all keep it online is to steal money from players. Thieves!!!
