Excellent App, easy to use and quick transactions

I had an amazing experience using Bless Payments! The transfer process was incredibly fast and seamless, and my friend received the money without any delays. The customer service team was outstanding – I noticed my first $10 transfer promo had expired, so I reached out to them, and they were kind enough to reactivate it for me. They were quick to respond and very professional. Overall, the app is super easy to use, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable way to send money internationally. I’ve done a transaction a month ago and the recipient hasn’t got the money yet. I’ve been asking for a refund and all I’m getting from customer service is “we have contacted the bank and waiting for a reply”. My transaction is with “Bless” not the bank. You should be professional enough and look after your customers better. Don’t recommend it unfortunately due to poor negotiations and long waiting time for such a simple issue.

This was my first time using the Bless app, and I'm extremely disappointed. The recipient still hasn't received the money, and it's now the second business day. The exchange rate was lower than expected, and there were hidden fees—$9 on top of the stated $10. This experience has been frustrating and far from transparent.

I thought to try this app. Sent money yesterday and it hasn’t arrived till now ( almost 18 hours now). Contacted the customer service many times and they keep saying the same thing ( it is clear from our end so you will have to wait for our partners at the destination county to accept and clear the transaction). It is really annoying keep waiting all that long. If this is a normal process , then you shouldn’t say ( Avoid delays , Fast and easy). I see 1 star is too much for this app

Can you please fix the login issue? It is not convenient to type the credentials every single time opening the App

Highly recommend this app. It’s super easy to use, lowest fees with best exchange rates. Money transferred quickly comparing to others.
