It doesn’t go past the screen to enter your email address and password. Has asked me to enter my email address probably like 15 times and then goes back to the screen asking for the email address again. Doesn’t work.

The app is constantly glitching.

I input my email and password. The app loads for a bit than redirects to log in again. Deleted and download the app like 10 times and log in still redirected to input my email and password.

Very recently became a member. The app takes my email and password, then just cycles back to the log in page again. Over and over. Visited front desk, they couldn't help. I tried a password reset, no help. Deleted app, re-added, no help. Turned phone on and off, no help. I have no trouble logging in online with same credentials. What's the deal?

Don’t know why just dowload it but can’t Access it ! Any clue about that?

I keep getting bugs. Will take me to the home screen when login in.

The app glitches a lot and doesn't let me log into my account

i type in my email as it asks me too i put in my password and it just takes me back to the screen everytime i put it in i can’t even use the app or go to the gym i paid money for because it the app wont work

Thought it might have just been me, but after looking through a few of the most recent reviews I see that I’m not the only one who’s having issues trying to log in. I enter my credentials, it proceeds to look like it’s going to load up only to bring me right back to the same screen again. App needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

I just got the app, I have successfully gone through the signup process. I can successfully login to the Blink website. But when I try to log into the app, I am returned to the first screen after I put in my correct password. I know this is the correct password because it’s the same password I use to login to the website and when I intentionally put in a wrong password in the app it flags it as such. How do I fix this
