When i play everything goes fine when i shoot so far its not working and the shotgun was so bad theres like 6 bullets that shot and it not hit them pls fix this its so bad

Collect blocks and level up! Upgrade your standard issue automatic weapon or unlock the RPG! Take out foes with one shot using the coveted Golden Gun or torch a group with the Flame Thrower! Earn new skins and show you style on the Battlefield!

When i first played the game, it was fun, but then after that, i always glitch, i always fall to the void whenever i play, and i cant die when i fall to the void, and when i try to leave, the game freezes then crashes. Hopefully this game gets fixed
