I can't click anything and suddenly my stage is not appear on screen just have the base only not the block

been playing for a while now but lately the unlimited hearts doesn't work at all. i have received the unlimited hearts for a few times these past few days since the new update but i can't utilise it because i will get the out of lives pop up.
ALL MY REWARDS & COINS ARE GONE
I have played till level 598 lastnight. However, I woke up this morning I need torestart from level 581 and lost all the rewards, coins and all the challenges I should’ve won! I WANT MY REWARDS BACK!!!

After long hours of gameplay, suddenly I can’t click anything on the game. Tried restarting the game, restarting the phone, even tried to uninstall and install back the game, but still inable to click anything after opening it.
