BLOCK Magazine by MSQC

I have been reading this ezine for a while now and feel like I can give a good overall rating of my experience with it. It’s quit working through the app and I can’t read it through the app or find my past purchases on the app. I have emailed and emailed them repeatedly and I have called. Nothing has been fixed but they have said that they are having issues with the app!! I would like to think that they would want it fixed!! I thought wrong.

I have downloaded issues multiple times only to go back and find that what I had purchased was no longer on my device. They keep changing the app and reaching into my device and removing what I paid for! This time I cannot get them to download again. I have logged into the website and tried to restore purchases to no avail. Not cool.

When updating they should have made sure that people’s previous purchases carry over. The app says I have no issues purchased. Not true. Poorly implemented updates!

No updates in 3 years :( I have had a subscription to BLOCK magazine for several years, but I can't read them on here. They all list as "unavailable," and if I try to "Restore Purchases" the app just locks up forever. I don't need to have every magazine on my iPad; I just want to download a few at a time.

I was subscribed for at least one year. I don’t mean to be negative, bc your mags are nice. But I downloaded them into your app and I can’t find them. There is no menu for the mags I have in my library. Every issue is listed, but no way to find the ones I have. Now, I saw that someone complained about this four years ago. I figured by now you would have fixed this. I don’t want to have to go online and log in every time I want to read a magazine. I don’t have unlimited internet. I only have a small amount of data with my phone plan. I feel that I was fraudulently charged for digital magazines that I’m not allowed to read! I will never subscribe to this magazine again. Tons of space taken up on my tablet but not allowed to read them. You guys need to stop focusing on making money, and start worrying about keeping the loyal customers you have acquired. Soon they’ll be leaving like rats from a sinking ship, and you’ll have none.

This app is worthless if you can not view the magazines you have purchased. 😢

I’ve been trying for several months to get my Block Magazine purchases to come up in this ap, contacted customer support to no avail. They keep telling me they’ll be releasing an update and they never do. It used to work fine. MSQC - please fix this!

App used to work, but unusable now.

I have been a subscriber since the inception of BLOCK. Twice now I have had difficulties accessing my issues. The first time the app was upgraded. I have no idea why suddenly I cannot access any of the issues now. Ironically, I just got an email a few days ago saying that my payment for my subscription was being processed. Really? Not cool.

This WAS a pretty helpful app until it quit working well over 2 months ago!
