Bad experience

If you like to not be able to withdraw your crypto then this is the app for you. Sent a withdrawal request two days before they froze withdrawals and it was never honoured. They are going through bankruptcy and their priority is not customer funds.

The rates are decent for this level of security. Easy to use app, I would recommend BlockFi to anyone! I trust them, they are doing ground breaking things, great selection of rates and coins!

One of my favourite apps to use for interest on crypto. The rates might be lower then sone other sites but I feel BlockFi is more secure

Withdrawal fees are insane, you may as well give your crypto to some homeless person or use something better like Nexo.

I’ve been using BlockFi for some time now - I can honestly say, that I really like them. The app is very simplistic & easy to navigate. When ever I’ve needed customer service, they have been prompt, professional and thorough. The security is excellent. It may take a little longer than other platforms, as they have a few steps when withdrawing. (This is absolutely fine with me) BlockFi don’t bombard you with frequent, irrelevant emails - Their emails are always interesting, relevant and in the right frequency. Thanks to BlockFi, I’ve been able to grow my portfolio and wealth gains. They have a unique function that allows you to convert all your crypto/stable gains, to your choice of crypto - This is a game changer for me. I use other platforms that are similar to BlockFi. Why cant this pos app use regular sms as 2FA instead of google Authenticator…once i didnt align my iphone face id properly and it made me re login but since i switched phones and reset my old phone the google Authenticator doesnt work. Absolute garbage they better resolve this
