Whenever i refresh app it takes me to the account page and i cant login for some reasons please fix this. Just Please fix this bug

I’m a og user of this game. Around nov of 2023 my acc got hacked and got froze l. When I try to reset by email it says”your account have been frozen write your contact email” then I wrote my email, after months I haven’t received from block an go customer service. Till now I haven’t receive email for password reset

I started playing this game in 2021. 2021 was the best year for this game but in 2022 it got worse because exploiter began to appear 2023 even worser youtubers who play this game started to quit and the game began to promote more p2w and same as before exploiters. And now in present(2024) the game is in the worst situation right now exploiters even more p2w like 5 events pop up when i just wanna play and we get special things like respawn skins in jailbreak etc. like every single og youtubers started to quit and its alot worser than it used to be like even 2022 was better than this 2024 situation. And players are just not happy about and the fact bedwars is the most popular and the most p2w is sad as roblox(blockman go copying them) doesn’t support that much p2w i mean its okay to make money but adding these features just doesn’t make the game fun anymore i remember when i used to have alot of friends and every single one of them were online and now? Only 7 out of 178 friends of mine are online pls fix this so we can enjoy this game once again like we used to especially bedwars and i will quit this game if it doesn’t get better anf once again pls fix your game alot of players are quiting or moving to other games
